Join the Columbia Alumni Association of Chile for a morning hike to the Cerro del Medio in the foothills of Lo Barnechea, Santiago. Come with your friends and family and enjoy stunning views of the city and snowy mountains. The event is organized by alumnus Juan Somavía ’98SIPA, who lives near the trailhead. The roundtrip trail is about 5.5 km, with a moderate level of difficulty. Participants should meet at the Juan Valdez coffee shop at the Paseo Los Trapenses mall on Saturday, June 19, at 8:45 am. The hike is expected to last 1.5 hours. Bring water, appropriate footwear and clothing, and be ready to enjoy nature!
